AROMATHERAPY! WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR?!
I’m glad you asked... Aromatherapy defined simply, is the science of taking naturally extracted essences from plants and using them to promote better health and wellness. (No, this is not possible with your glades plug-in.) There are a wide range of uses with Essential oils in Aromatherapy. This is a simple, non-invasive application to treat the body as a whole; not just a symptom or disease. Essential oils support the body’s natural capability to balance, heal and maintain better health and wellness. Essential oils can be used as a preventative approach to wellness, as well as treatment for acute and chronic illness.

Distilled Water
Vodka
Essential OilsFill bottle approximately 3/4 with distilled water.

Suggested Essential Oils:
10d Bergamot, 10d Lemon, 10d Lavender, 10d Tea tree, 5d Eucalyptus, 5d Sage, 5d Thyme, 5d Cinnamon, 5d Clove.
Experiment with your favorites. For instance, if you prefer a hint of floral aroma, replace the Thyme, Cinnamon, and Clove, with Geranium, Ylang Ylang, Jasmine, and Patchouli. With these particular oils, "less is more". Go slow... adding only a drop at a time. Rule of thumb: you can always add more, however, cannot take away. Enjoy!
